My name is Alyssa Hughes, owner and life coach at Alyssa Hughes Life Coaching & Consulting. I am a mother, wife, daughter, and friend who loves immensely and cares deeply for everyone who crosses my path in life.
My prior professional background is from retail banking, starting as a teller and working my way to Area Manager, overseeing five different branches with their customers and employees. During that time, I gained a massive understanding of different personalities, needs, and thoughts.
When I began my life coaching journey in 2021, I was at a phase in my life where I felt robotic and stressed. I was a new mom to my now toddler daughter, a branch manager during a stressful time in the world of insane employee turnover, and for the first time in a long time I felt unsure of what my purpose was.
Through the power of thought work and understanding emotions, I came out on top as the best version of myself. Now my purpose is to help you through the same journey.
As a certified general life coach, I am passionate about helping clients navigate through personal and professional challenges. Whether it's overcoming career conflicts or improving relationships (especially the relationships with yourself) I focus on empowering clients to understand the power behind their emotions, and provide guidance for self-development and love.
