• Weekly group coaching for 8 weeks

• Weekly opportunity's for 1:1 coaching during open office hours

• Worksheets provided to help guide you through your self coaching 

• A safe space for honesty and vulnerability 

• Complete confidentiality from the coach and group participants

• A mixture of teaching and coaching throughout the entire program

The group calls will meet Wednesdays at 12:00pm every week beginning September 30th.
